Kevin C. Salkowski was born, raised and educated in the Baltimore region. As a life-long Maryland resident, he understands and loves our community, and is proud to serve his fellow Marylanders.

Kevin received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Towson University with honors, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar by the Court of Appeals of Maryland in 2008, and he was admitted to practice in the federal courts by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2009. He's also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore County.

Having grown up in a family of 12, Kevin learned excellent listening and sharing skills. In his spare time, he's an avid runner and loves reading historical biographies.
